Sudhakar Dwivedi

Researcher & Author, Wisdom Sutras

Sudhakar Dwivedi is a researcher and author working in the areas of Indian spirituality, Indian Knowledge Systems and spiritual and values-based leadership. He is the author of the Dharmic Values-Based Leadership framework, an integrative approach that brings insights from Indian philosophical traditions into dialogue with contemporary leadership theory.

His work examines how principles such as Dharma, Nishkama Karma and Lokasangraha can contribute to ethical governance, human-centred leadership, responsible decision-making and collective welfare. Through Wisdom Sutras, he seeks to promote serious research, thoughtful dialogue, accessible learning and practical understanding of spirituality and spiritual leadership for individuals, institutions and society.

His long-term vision is to extend this knowledge initiative into organised educational, cultural and social welfare activities through a proposed Trust, while keeping research, ethical responsibility and service at the centre of its work.
